Hey everyone, sorry for not updating my blog for such a long time. Kinda busy the whole week.

First off, the budget list for 2010 was tabled yesterday by our sixth Prime Minister, Dato Sri Mohd Najib at the Dewan Rakyat. In accordance to his '1Malaysia, Together We Prosper' concept, this budget was aiming at making Malaysia a high-income economy and ensuring holistic and sustainable development. Several important key factor was announced and among them are changes to income tax, proposal of Green Malaysia, and public transport. Of course, none of them matters much to me except for the education sector. In this budget, it was announced that those who get a National Higher Education Fund Corporation Loan(PTPTN) study loan will have those amount be converted to a scholarship if they graduated with a first class honours, and another great news is 30 top students will get merit-based scholarship for world-renowned uni's.
